Jacket Olivia (16/07)
Designed by LAMANA
The oversized open-front jacket with dropped shoulders is worked in one piece top down, double stranded and starts at the accentuated shoulder line (French shoulders) on top of back part. First, back is worked down to underarms, then the 2 front parts are worked in opposite direction from back shoulder line and these are joined together with back part at underarms. The sts for front bands, which are worked in ribbing, are picked up at the same time as the sts for the front parts, in such a way that the bands overlap in the middle of back neckline. Then the bands are worked at the same time as the fronts.
Sleeves are worked directly onto jacket, top down, back and forth and sleeve seams are closed later.
