The open jacket is worked double-stranded and seamlessly in one piece from top down (alternatively sleeves can be worked flat). Starting with the neck band in the back, stitches for back and shoulders are casted on from the sides of this band, afterwards increases on both sides of the shoulder line are made for the front pieces and the final shaping of the back. Later on, sleeves emerge by increases inside the shoulder lines. The jacket can easily be worked shorter or longer according to own needs.

• COMO TWEED 325 (350/375/400) g in Graphite 68T und PREMIA 125 (150/150/175) g in Anthracite 04, 6 stitch markers, approx. 1 m yarn of the same size in a contrasting color for the provisional cast-on, 1 wool needle

GAUGE
• 21 sts and 30 rows double-stranded (one strand Como Tweed and Premia each) using needles size 4.00 mm (US 6) = 10 x 10 cm / 4” square

NEEDLES
• Circular knitting needles sizes 3.50, 4.00 and 4.50 mm (US 4,6 and 7), optional in case sleeves are worked in the round short circular knitting needles (40 cm) or 5dpns size 3.50 and 4.00 mm (US 4 and 6), 
1 crochet hook size 4.50 mm (US 7)

• Circumference at bust = 116 (124/132/140) cm / 46 (49/52/55)“
