The oversize sweater with a large chequerboard pattern of knit and purl stitches and overlapping shoulders, offset to the back, is knitted in one piece from top to bottom and starts at the shoulder line located in the upper back. The right squares are always knitted in combination with a Premia thread to increase the plasticity of the pattern. First work the back piece flat to the bottom cuff, then knit the two front sides out of the shoulder line in the opposite direction and after finishing the neckline into a front part, which is also worked flat up to the lower cuff and then closed with the back to the round. The sleeves are knitted directly to the sweater, are also worked flat and only closed at the cuff to round. The neckband is knitted afterwards.
